用Nycodenz/Histodenz密度梯度分离小鼠肝星状细胞

肝脏细胞包括实质性细胞/parenchymal cells(PC)和非实质性细胞/non-parenchymal cells(NPC)。非实质性细胞/non-parenchymal cells(NPC)又包括:星形细胞/stellate cells(有时称之为fat-storing cells、Ito cells、vitamin A-storing cells、hepatic lipocytes and perisinusoidal stellate cells)[1]、Kupffer cells、和endothelial cells等。星形细胞/stellate cells由于富含脂滴(lipid droplets),是NPC中密度最小的,单通过密度梯度离心,就可以得到纯度90-95%的肝星形细胞[2]
