This product is manufactured by BioVision, an Abcam company and was previously called M1248 OptiPrep™ Density Gradient Medium. M1248-250 is the same size as the 250 ml size of ab286850.

A ready-made sterile and endotoxin tested solution of 60% iodixanol in water with a density of 1.32 g/ml.

Shipped at Room Temperature. Store at Room Temperature. Do Not Freeze. This product is air and light sensitive and impurities can occur as a result of air oxidation or due to metabolism by microbes.
